Studio Policy

 

1.  Lessons must be booked online.  We use a scheduling app which is easy to use and is also available on your mobile devices so you can book just about anywhere.  You may make initial contact with the instructor via email, but please do the booking and make payments online. 

 

2.  Lessons MUST be paid for in advance.  You will save if you purchase lesson packages using your credit/debit cards online here.  You must make online appointments on your desktop or mobile device, and you may also cancel a lesson up to 24 hours prior and still receive a refund.  Please note that you are able to reschedule your lesson up to 3 hours prior. We would appreciate a 24-hour notice, however, and we ask you to go ahead and make changes online if possible.  If you are in a bind, however, we respond quickly to email JCVocalStudio@aol,.com.

 

3.  Lessons start at the booked time.  Please arrive a few minutes early so we can maximize your lesson time, as we cannot extend into another student's time afterwards.  We want to be respectful of everybody's time.

4.  Practice, practice, practice.  Please bring a recording device, such as voice memo on your iPhone, and record our lessons so that you can practice at home afterwards.  Also, don't forget to bring your water!
